Our Return Policy Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached
  • Exceptions: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on climbing harnesses, climbing shoes, and fitness bands unless defective
  • Original Shipping: Non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
Adventurer Tip: Before returning, check if the issue qualifies for our free replacement program for defective gear – we’ll often ship replacements faster than you can say “basecamp!”

  2. Receive Your Trail Map: We’ll email return instructions within 24 hours (weekdays)
  3. Pack Your Gear: Securely repackage items with original packaging materials
  4. Ship It Back: Use the provided return label (return shipping costs apply unless our error)
  5. Summit Reached: We’ll process your refund within 3 business days of receiving the return

Exchange Process

Need different approach shoes or a larger backpack? Exchanges follow the same process as returns – just specify your desired replacement item in your request. We’ll handle the logistics faster than you can adjust your climbing harness.
